Re-submission of EE profile after Ineligibility?

Hi,

i have applied FSW EE program in Jan-2017 but profile was updated with the status ineligible, i have checked all the details and i found that i might have answered any of the questions wrong.

now I want to resubmit my EE profile so my questions are;

1: do i have to use new email address for resubmitting the profile?
2: Which option should i select on this question?
Has xxxxx applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Yes Or No?

No need of using a new email id

For the second point, select NO
