Hi Friends,

I had received rejection on 1st Oct 2015 under express entry, as i did not attached education degrees copies assuming only WES report would be sufficient.

However, i have received ITA again and now i am re-applying. I am applying with previous documents that i used for my earlier application (except bank letter, which is latest). None of these documents are more than 5 months old.

A friend of mine informed me that all these documents should be after ITA date, like police certificate, employer letter etc. I am afraid that i would be able to take new one before expiry of time as i am left with fewer days.

Could you guys help me understanding the requirements, weather all these documents has to be after ITA date.

Regards.

Jawwad

You cannot send expired documents.
Your employer letter etc are all fine. Not sure about PCC does your PCC have any expiry date ?

You can send employer letter dated prior to ITA, no worries there.

Medicals need to be not more than 6 months old at the time of submission. PCC for the current country of residence needs to be not more than 6 months old at the time of submission.

Asivad, really need your help!

Similar issue. My medical will be 6 month on the 10, but FBI report will probably take another 2 weeks. Do you think I should submit everything but PCC and explain in the letter with attached proof of FBI submission?

Also, I asked it in another topic, but really hope you can help me understand this. I am originally from one country but live on student visa in US. Do I include my frequent travels between those two countries?

Thank you!

Yes. Request for an extension to submit the FBI report so that you can submit it soon as you receive the same.

Not required. The primary purposes of Travel history is to have full disclosure on stay beyond 6 months in any country (for PCC purposes) and identify travels made to 'sensitive' countries which might be on the watch list.

Thank you!

Thanks for response! I didn't explain it right though. I am not even close to the 60 day deadline but by the time I receive PCC my medicals will expire (will be a little over 6 month old) and we will have to redo medicals for entire family. Can I submit without PCC in this case?

Toughie! But still doable. Submit your application a day before medicals crosses the 6 month deadline. Explain the 'relative urgency' of submitting the application in an LOE along with the request to submit FBI report at a later date.

All the best!

you must land before medicals expire in one year. If you submit this 6 month old medical you will either have to land immediately after getting PR(presupposing it is processed quickly) or redo medicals if there is a delay.
