It took us around 2 months 2 weeks to received our AOR. some people said you might get the email or not. You could try calling CIC to inquire about your AOR. There is also the time sheet about inland application, to have general idea about other applicant's timeline.

Yes, they issued the OWP on 30th Nov. They received my PR + OWP application on 27th July. So, it's about 4 months time. Hopefully you'll be alright. Keep an eye on your partner's and your email. Also junk email too.
