Re scheduling Online Citizenship Test

Hello there

I got an invitation for an online citizenship test but currently I'm OUTSIDE Canada. It is mentioned in the letter that I have to be physically INSIDE Canada to do the test. Travel is completely restricted where I'm now and I absolutely cannot make it to Canada on time. Anyone with any experience in re-scheduling their online tests?

Just reply directly to the email address you received the invite and they will do so. You can also choose to send via webform or call them. Goodluck
