RE: Regional Specific forms Singapore

Hi,

I am filling out the regional specific forms for Singapore (Appendix A) and I am not sure about Question 6 Identity and Civil Status Documents.

I am sponsoring my husband and we are unsure of what he needs to include in this section. Is it just the marriage certificate to prove his relationship to me?

Does he need to send any identity and civil staus documents for family member who are not accompanying us?


Any help would be great!

If u guys are married then just married under that status with the marriage cert to prove (make sure u enclosed the photocopied marriage cert) that would suffice.
