I am living Canada on March 14, 2015 for vacation in my hometown (Philippines) and will be back on May 18, 2015 but my visa expires on the the 5th day of June 2015. Am I will be okay?

You can apply for new visa in the Philippines or better yet apply here before you go home. I think 2mos is the processing time here.
