I am invited under CEC and I also met the FSW criteria. Since I am exempted from showing any proof of funds, but my friends and some professionals advised me to show if I can. I just want to know if I have to justify my NOA income as it is more than my T4 related to NOC B Job. I started working at this position in May 22,so my T4 has less income than my package. I was working a Full-time job from oct 21-may 22 which was not a level B job (which I have mentioned in my personal history). Meanwhile, I also worked part-time in a lab. So, my overall NOA income is based on all these employments. Shall I mention my part-time job in the personal history as it overlaps the other two full-time jobs? If not, am I required to attach the T4s for my full-time job (oc21- may 22) and my part-time job? To make it easy, my work experiences on my NOA are as follows;

Oct21- May22 -Full-time as warehouse associate
Feb22- oct22- Part-time
May22- ongoing - Level B

First of all, you are probably doing too much - 2 full time jobs and 1 part time, when exactly do you sleep? Anyways, the NOA is not the correct document for this process, you should always use the T4 because they separate each employment. If you submit all three T4 for the year 2022, the documents will clearly indicate all your income from the different sources.

Sorry, I was not doing both full-time jobs at the same time but my part-time job overlaps these two jobs. Also, I am only claiming points for one full-time job between may-22 to till now. Let’s understand this way,

oct21-may22 - full-time (not under level B)
feb22- oct22- part-time
may22- ongoing (level B for which i claim points in EE)

So, my ques is that my income is from all three sources which is more than my earnings from my noc b job. Am i supposed to attach T4s for other two jobs as well for which I am not claiming any points in my EE? one more question, i was owing some amount to CRA which I have paid, do i need to attach payment slip for that as well??

Easy one first. No need to include CRA bill and/or payment. They will check your taxes during the background stages. Ok to the confusion now. Its almost 1 year since you left the part time job and and over 1yr since you left the other full time job, why are you considering submitting income info for these old jobs? You said you are claiming points for one job, then submit the income information for that job. The other 2 jobs should be listed in work experience and that's it. One current job, one income stream.

Unless you are self-employed it is not required to declare your income during a particular year outside of what your main employer pays you. Your confusion is thinking you need to show your annual income and all the sources. NO, your current employment letter states your annual income. For more proof of funds, cash in the bank is the next option. Knowing how much you earned last year from all 3 employment is irrelevant.

I have 2 years of work experience. Each year My NOA and T4 never were the same cuz I had 1 other side job. actually I think it’s completely normal cuz NOA is your comprehensive earnings, T4 is for each job. I didn’t bother to explain in my PR application cuz I think it’s common sense. You only need to show T4 and NOA(and other relevant documents)to prove the work experience that you claimed points in EE, these jobs need to be included in the “Work History” section. For other jobs that you didn't claim points, you don’t need to show any proof. My CEC application eligibility has passed and I’m approved for the PR.
