Hey guys,
Does anyone here have 100% legit detailed info about what's included in medicals? Does blood and urine work include tests for controlled substances? Thanks

Did you try typing "drug testing" into the search engine to read other immigrant's speculation on the topic? Or did you try calling a DMP or the help line at CIC to ask specifically? How about an immigration lawyer? They would probably know the answer too. No one here is likely to "have 100% legit detailed info" answer for you which is probably why no one has responded to your posts, but the CIC, a DMP or possibly a lawyer would have a legitimate answer. Hope that helps.

You're most welcome. I would be curious to know the answer, though I suspect they do not screen for any drugs; just infectious diseases and illnesses that would potentially be dangerous or a drain on the system. But I do not know for sure, and I did not ask my DMP. He was concerned about my blood pressure which probably would have been fine if I hadn't had to wait for hours and hours when I thought I had an appointment! Turns out they told everyone needing an exam for immigration purposes to show up at 10 am, not just me. Allison
