Re-medicals passed but no further update

My medicals had expired last year, I gave re medical exam and passed my remedicals
a day before yesterday on 19th May 2021

By when should i see an update on the next steps? Or for PPR?

I have raised multiple webforms but they send the same reply, “your application is in review, we will let you know if we need any further information”

Have you received your AL or PPR? What was the timeline?
