- Mine is an odd case! Received ITR on June 20th, 2017.
- Submitted all documents (including medical information sheet within 2 months)
- Application was stuck for over 2 years because of my security clearance.
Finally, application processing started again in Oct 2019. CIC asked for re-medicals. I got them done. I do not see the tab to upload in the options column of upload documents. The tab shows - Provided

Is there another way to upload information sheet on CIC?
