Hi and sorry for responding to this late:

Well embassies have different organisational cultures and policies-while some shall wait for the medical report others might as well send the documents back.
I believe they have created a file for you-The best thing to do is just write to them if they shall maintain your file pending doctors report or send it back to you and also if you shall have to start
the whole process again.T.B takes time to cure and pls this time make sure you are properly treated before dropping your application once a gain.

We are with you brother every bit of the way and pls keep us posted on how it goes with the embassy and you doing.

You are deep in our prayers and may you get well very fast.

You guys are really wonderful! Thanks so much for your support. I will definitely keep you posted as things go. I really appreciate u all.

@ Habil and enfield,
Thanks for the suggestion. do you feel I still have a chance of getting the visa after full treament of the TB? Will the embassy ask me to re-apply or retain my current status till I got cleared of the TB.

Hi,

You have a chance provided TB has been cured and the new sputum test and x ray are clear.

@ enfield,
thanks for the suggestion. The medical issue considering The Netherlands is more friendly comparing to Canada. For Netherlands you will take a report from your doctor that you are medically fit. In my case of TB,no symptoms or sickness,which means the TB is inactive. All in all,thanks so much for your suggestion and encouragement.
ciao

Yes, you will get visa after treatment. One of my friend went Canada in jan 2010 after treatment of his TB. He first applied in Sep 2008 intake but was rejected in medical due to TB.

Would you like to study in NORWAY?

If you do then drop me a mail-There are people in TROMSOE who can help you.I can give you links to them

@enfield,
Thx. so much. I won't lose hope on Canada.

@Marylee,
Thx. so much for the clarification and giving me the case of ur friend as an example. I won't give up on Canada.

@Habil,
U r a friend in deed. I am proud of you as an African. I am shedding tears of joy right now for d love u share with me even without seeing each other physically.
Bro,I still wanna hold on to Canada if I have a chance of getting the visa after treating the relapse TB. Meanwhile,I would be happy if I could get a chance of "visiting" Norway to recuperate for some days.
