Re-Medical even after having medical exemption(till Oct 2024)

I applied for express entry and currently living in canada. I'm eligilbe for medical exemption under temporary public policy till Oct 2024. However, I have received a medical request. In the application tracker, my medical is complete.
Did this happened to anyone. Is it a positive sign?
Do I need to submit a webform ?

But they will take 2months to respond to the webform right. I received the medical request which will expire in 30 days.

Yes, I did it on Saturday, never sent a webform.

The exemption is only for those who did a medical in the last 5years. Did you do any previous medical?

I received re-medicals request as well (Despite having exemption with temporary policy). To ensure quick processing of my application I did my medical exam again, it got updated on the portal yesterday.
