Re medical e mail received from canada embassy

i was applied my study visa on 21 july
After dat 13 th august i received e mail from vfs they need further tests of my heart .. at 19 th august i done my re medical so just i want to know they getting me visa if my medical report is okk or they check all documents after see medical report is ok or not ??
Im so confused about dat

You have any heart problem or mentioned it during medical?

Yeah i know dats not big issue Just i want to know vfs intrested to give me visa so dats why they need medical again just i m confused about after re medical they don reject my visa for another reason becoz 6 years gap in my study
