COPR Expires tomorrow, unfortunately we couldn't make it within the short time frame (Jun 21, till date). Hoping that I get word from IRCC soon. Ideally would like to land in Canada prior to the end of the year, not sure if this seems doable or we are all in for a long wait.

What do you guys think?
Certainly possible. I would hope by the end of the year at the latest.
Hoping to be over there by October ideally.
I can't see why processing us would take any longer than that.

Hi, do you have an idea of who will send an email to ask for re-med? it would be Central office in Canada or VO in our country? my COPR was issued in Dec 2020, and got expired on 3rd Jun 2021. There is no news yet from IRCC.

We received a generic email from them once we sent in the web form stating our copr got expired. They replied back saying they’ve received it and has been sent through for further information. Haven’t received any email after that. Have you sent them the web form ?

I raised a webform last month. After submitted it, there was a message saying that I shall get a response after 28 biz days. May I know how long it took you to get a reply after raising a webform?

oh I see. we got a generic email after a week, they said they've sent our details to the responsible office and once a decision has been made they will get back to us, also if further instructions and details are required. they also mentioned due to the pandemic everything is taking time. this was a 'do not reply' email though. Haven't received any other email or instructions after that.

did you get a generic email first and then another email asking you to do remedicals and stuff ? we got the email saying they have received our docs but since its a 'do not reply' we can't respond to it. Kindly let us know the timeline for the response from them as well.

No news at my end. Expired in February and still waiting for the email.
It's hard to believe it's been a month and nobody seems to have received the email yet.

Please post here if any post march COPRS get contacted. Hopefully it will be this week.

Hey guys we are on the same boat as well. My husband's COPR expired in feb 2021. We had sent in a webform to IRCC regarding the situation. They responded back saying they have received the application and it has gone to a responsible office for further update and they would get back to us once they require further details or medicals. Our medicals have also been expired. This email was sent to us on June 30, haven't received any other response from them after that. It would be great if you can update us regarding any email IRCC has sent for the expired COPRs.

hi! What is your visa office?

I think there will be good movements from ircc in fall and till the end of the year. As usual, when they close reports :)
