Re-issue of Expired COPR & Visa

More than 2 weeks now & they can`t upload. That`s weird and can cause more delay for the processing. You can ask for the copy of your medical. Send medical completion update to same UE mail id along with medical copy attached. Hope that works.

Looks like i didn't need to email, the profile now reflects - You have passed the Medical as on Dec 22 2021! I am actually pleasantly surprised, i really though it would drag till Jan.. At least one more hurdle passed! Hoping for the best, guessing No action from me until they ask me to submit passport now!
Feels like Jan/Feb of 2020 , when profile got updated last

Could you help me out on my worry about medical request?

How did you receive medical request?
As your timeline is exactly match with mine. I also got UM on 28th September and after that my gckey account was updated on 24th October, but I didn't get medical request there and I haven't received any mail regarding medical request. After getting update on 24th October I have not received any update.

If you would say how did you get it, it would be helpful for me what I have to do next..

Received COPR on 28th Oct 2020
COPR Expired on 22nd July 2021
Received email from IRCC stating we cannot Travel due to travel ban in March 2021

Have been waiting since. Anyone on same boat with similar timelines? This so worrying now.

That`s great but sending an email won`t harm. It worked for me. I passed medical on 22nd Nov. There wasn`t any update then I send email on 2nd Dec for medical completion and their reply to my email was PPR on 7th Dec.

There are some applications just getting processed and already received their Renewed CoPR, while some yet to start but in the pipeline. Could be any criteria they use to process the applications.
My sincere advice, do not get anxious seeing another’s progress, just stay positive. Since you received the UM, its a matter of time that they contact you for medicals.
Just stay patient.

Few of our dear friends here with the similar timeline has already received the PPR. My timeline is earlier than yours, so do you see any logic?

Thus You are not the only one and you are definitely not alone in this journey. Just take comfort in the fact that files are moving and getting cleared.

With the festive season now and omicron on the rise, we need to continue to be patient.

Most of us have detailed timelines on our signatures. Delays are normal in such a situation as we're in the middle of a pandemic - it isn't over yet.
IRCC is reaching out to all applicants eventually, starting with some 2018, mostly 2019 and early 2020 AORs. Your time will also come soon

I am a pre March, 2020 Expired COPR Holder but i have not been contacted by IRCC. Anyone else also in the same boat??? I have sent webform to confirm that i am ready to travel and the GCMS notes also reflected my confirmation of travelling. But still there has been no communication from IRCC

By the grace of Almighty, received the PPR letter. Took 50 days after the re-medical update. Thank you all group members for your continuous support. Hope this time everything goes well and can land safely with my family, despite the rise of Omicron.
Wish you all can grab your dreams safely this time soon and may get relieved from this painful anxiety.
