Hi, I am copr, sinp holder. There are no direct flights to regina and I have to go through vancouver or Toronto. My stamping will be at regina or vancouver ?

All formalities at first stop ( Vancouver or Toronto in ur case). Make sure u have at least 4/5 hours till next flight. Quarantine in suitable place until we receive negative results coming into effect. Make sure u check details in official webpage before flying. Best wishes !!

i honestly don’t know. Reaching them is frustrating. I can’t return cos i have a new born child.

I talked with the Canadian Embassy in my country and they told me that I should get in contact to IRCC in Ottawa. They gave me this email address: CPC-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, but it's not working. So I found this email here: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca, and it worked. So I'm waiting for a reply from them.

Haven't seen much honestly, except for one on the FB groups (I forgot which one)
