Exactly 30 days ago on Aug 21, I updated IRCC with my new passport (via webform) and a side note expressing my disappointment at the state of things - I had to let go of two job offers due to lack of response. Received an acknowledgement a week or two later. Another 2 weeks later, I get this email.

Don't know if this is a coincidence, but hey, at least this is something to look forward to :) God bless y'all -- hope you'll hear some good news very soon.

AOR is Nov 2019
Received COPR in Nov 2020
It expired April 2021
Got the UE on the 28 September and responded same day.
Application went from approved to submitted on the 5 October.
Got remed request on the 06 October.
Completed remeds on the 11October.
Passed in my account on the 12 October
Got PPR on the 15 October.

It happened so fast.

Could you please share how long is the validity of new COPR once you receive it?

Guys, I have a question, do I need to upload the proof of my remed through webform? Thank you!

my timeline so far:
AOR - Jan. 2020
COPR expired - May 2021
"do you still..." email - the last week of Sep. 2021
remed request - Oct. 19 2021

reply back to the Ultimatum email that you received .. please read the ultimatum email once nad respond to that to inform about the re-medicals status

After responding, wait for further instructions from us before redoing your medical examination. We will send you the necessary medical form(s). Once we have sent you the forms, you will have 30 days to do your medical, advise us by email that it has been done, and provide any requested documents. Please note that the results of your new medical examination will be valid for 12 months.

Oh got a ghost update on my application status. It changed from "Approved" to "Application/profile updated". Maybe that means re-medical soon?

did you receive any update. I did remed on 5th oct from SPS and they still didn't send my medical
