Dear Forum Members,

As you can see my timeline on the left side, I want to ask the question regarding the CSE response I received from my VO on 3rd June, 2016. The response is "Your application is under final review with the immigration officer. We thank you for your patience. You should be hearing from us shortly regarding further steps."

I want to ask that I haven't received any response from them till today. Shall I raise another CSE or use the same email to ask about the status ?
Whats your take on it ?

Just send it - one way, they will return it to you (of course with a fee):

‎Good day everyone I'm back again. I finally got a 2nd ECA from IQAS and submitted my application. I just got a mail from CIC requesting for additional documents.
1. Bank statements from my former employees. The problem is my first employee only paid me in cash...while the 2nd employee paid me in both cash and bank account.
2. They are asking for company incorporation documents and pictures of interior an exterior of company. Not a problem ‎I can get those ones.
3. They are asking me to resubmit schedule A...is this a problem?
4.they are asking me to submit family info. Form imm5406. I'm really confused about this.
Any advice will be appreciated on how I can overcome these.

I don't think that you have to explicitly let CIC know about your unemployment but if they will ask you to resubmit Job Description then it might be trouble if you would be still unemployed

Emkhi0106,

I had lost my job last summer, my consultant instructed me to update the CIC and when I joined the new job same is updated to them.

Its better to keep them informed,in case if they are investigating about you.

Cheers,
Yameen

Hi!

Can anyone tell me what is the expected time of PPR after submission of Medical? Please find below my time line.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 15, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on February 19, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

I submitted my medical on 18th January, 2016 but still waiting for PPR request after 6 months already passed. I also initiated a CSE to London Visa Office but the answer I got is, your process is still under process.

Issue is we are expecting a child in December (2016) and it would be very difficult for my wife to travel in those days if PPR request actually comes. Can anyone guide me what should I do with this application? Should I tell them that my wife is pregnant and you need to extend my landing time or actually wait for PPR and then let them know about it?

I shall be highly grateful if someone guides me about it.

Thanks in anticipation.

(I am from Pakistan and I applied through FSWP in December 2014. London Visa Office is handling my case currently)

Hi SN611, you don't need to do anything at this time but wait for them to either send you the PPR or request for additional information, then if you want you can inform them (i.e if they don't send your PPR before October). Most airlines will carry your wife until her 32 week, which I guess should be up to October so just hang on there and use the worrying time to research hospitals/doctors and gathering the money for the medical bills, as you may or may not be eligible for OHIP when you eventually land. All the best to you.

Do we supposed to inform pregnancy to CIC or just birth?

Pregnancy is not legally required to be disclosed.
And if you inform them about it at this stage of your application, rest assured, you will be waiting for your PPR-passport request, after delivery date of your wife. Therefore the best practice is not to inform them.

But can i understand that what is the reason for delay in your PPR. Did you raise any CSE with NDVO or not? Or Ordered GCMS notes?
