No, before the final decision, you should get a letter asking why it should not be rejected.
If you already know the goof up, be proactive and update NDVO through Case Specific Query.

Can ndvo reject pr application be cause of worngly filled or miss filled information in background/ declaration form? In question 7 education and question 8 personal history?

By paper application, Do you mean FSW? As that has been discontinued by CIC.
You can have application in multiple categories, thats ok. Like EE, Skilled worker etc.

I just got my Provincial nomination for NS, just now. Feeling excited . It consisted of two parts :

1. Temporary work permit - restricted to working with my uncle who has offered me a job in NS.
2. Nomination letter - for PR application. Paper based, link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

When i called my uncle to tell the good news, he told me that he is planning to sell his company. It was a bombshell in my life. He asked me to take the temporary work permit and come, but my main intention is to get a PR and find another job in NS/Canada.

Can i find another job, after going to Canada on the temp work permit, with the restricted job offer? If not, whats the best way out? PR application to NS may not work out since he is selling the company and my nomination is based on his offer letter.

PS :: I have applied to OINP program too and have received AOR.

Guys, A severe thing happened ! ! ! I also got "Decision Made" without getting any MR/PF/Doc request/Site Visit/Phone Call or anything. In 3rd line of my ECAS, it says that They have sent correspondence on April 27, but I did not get any email ! ! ! Did they send it by Currier?
I order GCMS on middle of March and in GCMS I found everything "Not Started" and file is in "Registry- REV".

Talked to other known applicants and till now got confirmed news around 12 applicants (Applied self and Authorized agents) who got "Decision Made" today. IRCC updated the status yesterday i.e. on Friday and it activated today. There was nothing in ECAS on Thursday.

What is actually going on ? All are rejected without any kind of verification/PF ! ! ! ! Is our game/Journey ended here without knowing any fault.

Everybody please check your ECAS and see the status please.

I was 2014 applicant and got PR too. Short Landing done in April 2015. Got SIN also. Now when I trying to create my profile on jobsbank, it is rejecteing my SIN. Make note my SIN is not a serial 9 SIN, which is now days called Express Entry temporary SIN.

Has anyone faced the same issue. If Yes, pls share the measure.

Hiii everyone.... our PR cards have been issued.... my children do not have surname so n the card their given names r there n surname... nw i wanted to change it as their passport are going to expire... will it be a problm if i change nw... as there will b discrepancy n PR card and the new passport while travelling back.. please help..

No, you will need a physical address.
1) IF you dont have one to provide at time of landing, you can do it later by visiting ServiceCanada.
2) Give a friends perm address and they will ship it out there.

Dont think so.
For PR holders entering back in Canada, there are self service Kiosks, so you skip a actual in person officer.
Plus, I suppose, you will have the old and new passports for your children, so that will establish trail.
Once in the country, initiate the process for name change on PR & other docs.
