All my mate
I received my MR on 5 Jan 16 and i did it as early as possible. My Ecase also update within four days. I heard that maximum applicants received MR with Rprf.
But I didn't receive RPRF with Medical latter. After receiving MR almost 10 days gone till don't receive RPRF.
Would you please suggest what I do now or anybody passed such like me.


I hope everyone will receive their MR and PPR very soon.

In my case also, ecas status is decision made and the last line is "Medical Received". But I got PPR and received passport with stamp and COPR.

You should be "curious" if it is 30 + day's wait and make a cse for that n get concern if it is 2 month delay.

I have one question that after Medical Results Received Line Updated whether, LVO will request updated PCC or that stage of requesting updated PCC is already gone. Because they did not ask me updated PCC. Only UPDATED SCHEDULE-A was requested which I sent to them.

Moreover, when Medical Results Received Line is updated in ECAS, does it mean that Security and Background Check is over? Or it is started after the Medical is cleared?

No, you are a holder of an immigrant visa. You become PR or landed immigrant WHEN you land and BSO stamps your COPR.
As per your question, once you land you are entitled to enjoy mobility in Canada in any way you like.

Moreover, when Medical Results Received Line is updated in ECAS, does it mean that Security and Background Check is over? Or it is started after the Medical is cleared? all assessments are started after eligibility test is passed. MRR only means that your IME is completed and passed

The question you have asked is very interesting. Let me intervene this discussion and share my point of view. I think there are 2 major steps in this whole process.

Step 1. Eligibility checks which is conducted directly by visa officer. VO re-counts your minimum 67 points and verifies all documents that support your eligibility, i.e work experience, Education, IELTS etc. When they are assured that you have enough points, all supportive documents are genuine and no other documents are required (e.g. updated POF, schedule A etc..) they give a start to Step 2.

Step 2. Admissibility checks which is conducted by third parties. This step is composed of the following directions:
2.1 Medical admissibility check (Med exam)
2.2 Background checks
2.2.1 Criminality
2.2.2 Security
2.2.3 HIRV
2.2.4 Misrepresentation

We can conclude that after finalizing Step 1 visa officer puts your file on hold and waits for information from third parties, so third line update does not mean that background checks are over, it only means that one of admissibility components are cleared.
