Dear Forumites,

Anyone aware of upcoming Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) sessions in India? (Northern India preferably)

In case there is a separate thread for CIIP, kindly provide the link.

Cheers,
LazyBoy

Dear Seniors,

I got married few days ago. Please tell me what documents I have to send to my visa office in order to add my wife to my file. (please only answer if you are sure)

Thanks

Hi Dears,

I sent the requested documents, PCC, RPRF, IMM5669 to VO Singapore on 7th Jan. I use the trick that we can check the arrival of documents by the receipt numbers but it doesn't work to me. It means mine hasn't been recieved? Anyone can not check too?

So worried!

Can I call to VO Singapore instead of sending them email!

Scan to them the marriage certificate and if your wife's name changes to your surname add a scanned copy of her new passport.
All by mail.. That's all you need..

The usual documents are copies of passport & birth certificate of your wife, marriage certificate and updated proof of funds.
However, you should raise a CSE with your Visa office and ask them to confirm their document requires.
This is because the documents asked can differ from one VO to another.

I received my MR email today from LVO. I have been reading silently through this forum and I would like to thank after ALLAH all the forum mates and wish you all speedy and smooth process.

My timeline:
App Dec: 2014
PER: Feb, 2015
SLU: around August or Sep. 2015
MR: Today

Also, I have been asked to submit PCCs and Bio page of my Passport within30 days.

But I have one issue and I appreciate if you can help, I visited UK on a student visa in 2012 for less than 3 months, yet LVO asked me for UK PCC. I do not know if this a mistake !!!!
Now my question is should I send them back to clarify?? and should I send this as a CSE or as a reply to their email??
Or should I contact the UK embassy and ask for the PCC. I am currently working in UAE.

Please tell me your advice if you came across a similar situation

Again I prey for all of us a smooth and successful process in Shaa' ALLAH.

Hi, you can reply their email and inform them that you were in UK for less than 3 months, and so you are seeking clarification if you should still provide a UK PCC. You can also send a CSE as well, cheers.

They can and do request PCC at their discretion, even if the applicant stayed for less than 6 months in the respective country.

Dear seniors,

1) The PPR request is sent by the visa office or CIC or CIO ?

2) When we order the GCMS notes , for example from visafile. info .... They send the gcms almost after a month ... so when do they apply for our gcms notes ? I mean for e.g. if you sent them an email on 16 Jan ... then you will receive your gcms notes on 17 Feb ... But within this timeframe , when the GCMS is actually generated ? ?
