One Will be Medical Request letter, containing Details of Principal Applicant and Spouse if Included in Application.

Individual MR forms for each member included in Application.

MR request mail may not have the MR form, as they are sent within 48 hours of the Initial MR Request Email.

And also they send the CIIP session information package PDF file attachment alongwith the MR forms.

I thought I should update my profile and let all of you know that I got my visa a few weeks ago. Thank you all for your help. I think I'm going to wait out the winter and land next May. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting to hear from CIC.

Srujal...u approach the commissioner office and your local police station. The speed at which they submit the police verification report the faster you shall receive it. They may or may not ask u for money but it all depends on these two places. It may take a few trips but it might get u the pcx before deadline.

raphael22 is correct. You need to contact your District Police Station or you local police station. PSK sents the Police verification request to District Police station and then they sent to respective local police station based on address.
