Many thanks Jatt! It's a real learning from everyone's experience here. Could you pls share your timeline like when did you send request for addition, when did you get confirmation from VO, if you received any and when MR received. Thanks once again!

Hello friends,

Can anyone suggest me good suburbs where I can get affordable 1 room condo apartments in Toronto Ontario.

I will be leaving in Jan 2016

Dear mates

Here is my experience:

i had received medical request in September together with passport request, rfpr fees, and bank history for the past 12months. i did all these and submitted.however i have an issue, the father of my kid will not agree that my kid be examined medically because according to him he says my kid is non-accompanying and again since my kid is an American he sees no reason him being examined and doesn't cares if my kid is NEVER sponsored by me to CANADA under the family class.i have done all i can to change his mind but he is adamant.i have informed VO of the fact that my kid will not be examined and i have signed a declaration to that which i sent in early this month. however mid this month, i received an email from VO requesting that its compulsory for my kid to be examined but if for personal reason i do not wish to have him examined then i should inform them and i should be aware of the fact that under canadian law my kid will never be sponsored as family member to canada.

i actually replied confirming that he will not be examined for personal reasons as is the case.

i just wish to find out if this can cause a problem for my application at this stage?i have already gone so far that am just a step away and i find myself in this situation.

My ECAS status shows the following lines:

1 we received your application on ........
2 we transferred your file to VO on ..... VO might contact you if they need further infos..
3 we started procession your application on.....
4 we sent you medical request on...... please kindly send us the documents requested on time so as not to delay finalization of your application
5 Your medical Results have been received....

i dont know if anyone ever had this expereince and how did it proceed

thank you all for your responses

when you informed your VO about addition of a new born, your suppose to get an email directing you on all that you are suppose to do.
normally your suppose to get a new medical request for everyone including the new born.
resend CSE to VO and explain to them about the medicals

Once you've medical request for yourselves, you can do upfront medical for your newborn, it's absolutely fine. Just send the medical reference number along with your medical paper.

In fact I did the same to save time, it was accepted by my VO.

Best of luck.

Congrats on your MR,I think you should go ahead and send the requested documents to the office and let them know you have commenced with the process of getting the baby's Passport and that it will be forwarded to the office once it is ready

Thanks for the reply. One more thing, when I applied for FSW 2014 I sent a DD with my application, now for adding my new born into the application shall I send a DD of $150 or can I pay that online. If online then how can I link it to my application.

You can use this link for online payments.

Hello guys,

Is MMR vaccine a requirement before we land in Canada? For those who had landed already, did the immigration officer at the port of entry asked for MMR vaccine certificate?
Thanks for the help.

Hi Guys,

I got the visa stamped few weeks ago. I'm planning to land in Feb/Mar 2016.

I'm wondering if there is any Whatsapp or FaceBook group for landing. Please tell me who to pm my whatsapp number.

All the best to people who are waiting. You guys are almost there.

Can we change the job (i mean new company) while we are waiting for PPR? Should we inform visa office about the new job?
Yes you can and you also need to inform your visa office regarding the change.
