Thanks a lot . I did raise CSE twice but no replies for them either . Do you know the general timelines for re-opening the case ?

No clue as to the modalities for reopening a case. Just keep up with the follow up letters and emails, they are statutorily bound to respond. All the best.

Its normal in majority cases and there are a lot of them on these forums with similar situation

I have a question
I am not sure why I am not getting a response to my CSE. I have raised CSE twice and it was regarding change of address and update on my case.

is it may be because I have a representative? but the important thing is that CIC has my email address for communication. My representative never gave them his email address

please advise as my address is now changed but I am not getting anything from CIC

In case of post they should have also mentioned the possible delay in dispatch and receipt
