Hi All,

I am facing one problem, if any of you can help me with this it will be great.

I got a request for medicals. I got a new born baby whom I have to update in my application. When contacted Canadian embassy they asked me to send her details by 30th October. Now issue is I am yet to receive her passport from passport office. I have intimated Canadian embassy about this but I am yet to hear a reply on that. I only have 3 days to submit the documents, how should I proceed with the application.

The embassy has asked me to submit following documents

- A letter explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your spouse to be added to your application
- An IMM8 Application form completed by yourself with updated information for your spouse and child
- Schedule A Background Declaration form signed by your spouse
- Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself, your spouse and child.
- Processing fee for your spouse and child

Now in these documents I have to add my daughter's passport information as well. So can I leave it blank and submit passport details when I get it. So how can I do that.

Also regarding processing fee, can I pay it online or through DD only.

one question for curiosity. What if we missed or not able to arrange the PCC within given deadline by CIC?

If it sure that the deadline is short enough to submit the requested document than what to do?

Request additional time, they will definitely give another 30 days, But it will leads to delay your process another 3 months...

Congrats on your MR,I think you should go ahead and send the requested documents to the office and let them know you have commenced with the process of getting the baby's Passport and that it will be forwarded to the office once it is ready

As i mentioned before I am one of the "Lost email communication" case . The medicals / clearance / right to landing fees email was never received by attorney and CIC had cancelled our application stating the required documents were not sent.
Our Attorney had sent email to CIC , for re-opening the case on Sep 30th . But until now there is no reply from CIC .

Can you please suggest , how long it takes CIC to reply / re-open the case. Any further steps?

Hi, don't despair but just get your attorney to send another letter to them and keep sending till you get a response. You are also free to send a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) or letters to your Visa Office informing them of the situation and requesting for your MR to be resent. All the best.
