Initially submitted application in July 2014 which was returned back in November 2014 marked as incomplete. Rectified deficiency and submitted application again in December 2014 with broken heart. Thanks to Allah Almighty, today got Passports with visa stamped and COPR for all family. Still not believing it happened so smoothly even in less than an year [10 months & 12 days] and without any hurdle. Complete time lines as follows;

App submitted: December 01, 2014
Per: Feb 20, 2015
Medical Request: August 10, 2015
Medical Done: August 17, 2015
Additional Docs / RPRF request: August 18, 2015
Docs Sent / RPRF paid: August 23, 2015
Decision Made: september 21, 2015
Passpory Request; september 30th 2015
Passports Submitted; October 01, 2015
Passports Recieved; October 12, 2015

Need an Urgent Help

As per instructions of my consultant, I made DD of $490 for RPRF in favour of Receiver General payable at Toronto instead of High Commission Payable at Delhi...

Now please guide me what to do next

Your DD will be refused by cic. now prepare one more DD of $490 @49.94 in indian currency and payable to High commission Of canada ,New Delhi and send it as soon as possible.By the way have you received instructions to pay RPRF.

i did medical in Nov'14, now as my medicals are expiring NDVO sent me re-medical request. i have to do medicals again so now at would be my visa expiry month? it would be according to new medical?

Yes, I suppose that's why they have asked you for re-medicals since they delayed from their side.

Yes, the visa expiry will be according to the new medical or passport expiry, whichever is earlier.

God is great. Yesterday got my passports back with my visa and COPR. I did my medicals on 18 sep 2015 and got DM on 1 October 2015. Thanks all the forum members for their support at every step. Again one thing, on my copr papers my port of landing is mentioned Toronto, but i filled Edmonton in my application. I dont think that will be a issue. I will be travelling to Edmonton via Toronto.

Dear,
Your agent is wrong. You should email the Bio pages of the renewed passports to your VO, without delay.
You need the visa on the new passport....
When they send you the PPR, they also send instructions to the Canadian embassy/high commission.

It is rarely necessary to not inform the VO on updates...

Yes according to new medical or expiring date of your passport (or any of your dependants)
