a) Does this part time experience which I have gained during my Master’s study (FULL TIME) is valid for FSW?
b) If it is valid, then how many points I can get for this experience?
c) How much points I can get for total work experience?
d) I have read on CIC web site that for CEC candidate work experience gained during full time study is not valid, is it same for FSW candidate?

Hello Future Canadians, I am a single applicant, for seniors and for those who have landed already, I plan to land in Toronto (from Dubai), and intend for 1 week stay to finish immigration landing formalities then go to New York for 1 week vacation (I already have US multiple entry visit visa), then head back to Dubai.

I know it is a challenge to leave Canada without the Permanent Resident Card which could take up to 3 months; hence, I have a cousin in Edmonton, is it fine to have PR card addressed to them even though my point of entry is Toronto? I know these cities are very far apart.

Please share your views. Thanks in advance.

Current processing time for PR Card is 6 weeks, it would be better if you collect the PR card and then leave the country. If you can't then you can ask someone to hand carry it for you to dubai, which is illegal but can take a chance. You can legally carry it with someone else only from canada to united states.

Hi Guys ,

Thanks in advance for help.
I'm mechanical engineer 2132 , i need your valuable suggestion where to land for both professional and survival job(Alberta or Ontario).
Questions :
We can land in any province , doesn't has to be one mentioned in COPR ? Yes any province.
Proof of fund if going without dependents , for 1 or 3 if there are 2 dependents ? For all by Principal applicant.
Principal applicant can fly early and dependents can follow later without asking this to NVDO ? Yes, no need to ask, before expiry date.

Thanks again

Maz

Just a little concern guys. Previously, my non-accompanying daughter's height was erroneously measured and stated in the GENERIC FORM at 137 cm.
Just few days back, I already got my PPR+Appendix A. In Appendix A, I wrote her corrected height at 125 cm and already submitted the docs on October 1. Will it not cause any issues with my applic?
Thanks in advance.

No, it will not cause any issues.

Warsaw applicants who are not from India,
It refers to you.

As I ve already read in several topics people who ordered GCMS notes, wrote that the processing will start again from the date of PER (december 2015).
Moreover, the processing time for India is 11 months and for Warsaw is 32 months. By December, warsaw visa office will be done with the applications transferred from NVDO to WO and restart the processing of our applications.

Friends,
Need help... I am in a tricky situation!

As mentioned in my earlier post, I completed our Medicals, UAE PCC and paid the RPRF.
But my son who is living out of UAE has not even got appointment for medicals. He may get it in two weeks!

Question is what should i do? Should I send our PCC & RPRF receipt to my VO or should I wait for my son to complete his medicals?
If i send my documents now, will VO wait for his documents to arrive before touching my file? A bit confused here? Also worried about the 30 day deadline for submission? Kindly guide.

Dear,
First of all congratulations.
Handwriting is fine, But should be very clear (legible).
So, there are no mistakes in embassy interpretation & documentation.

I used Adobe professional for typing.

You can also use:

Hope it is helpful,

Dear SANB,

Send the PCC and RPRF scanned by email to VO. (Unless he/she asked for a hard copy by post/courier).
And inform him about your son's appointment delay for the medical.
And get your son to do the medical at the earliest (why the delay ?).

Hope it helps.
