RajC,

One doesn't need visa to travel to home country. You show your passport and travel to your home country. If you have Indian passport but an expired visa or no visa or somehow landed in a foreign country (airline mistake) you can always travel back home by showing your passport. ( unless any crime committed in the foreign country, in that case you will be detained)

Hi All,

I have a query related to Landing

Please Help

-I am the primary applicant and have my spouse and son as dependents. I am going to land in mid November alone...will that be a problem as I will be landing alone?
-Also my spouse is not very supportive since the beginning of this process however got PR finally. So he might not go to Canada at all. Will that cause any problem to me in future?
-Is there any harm, my spouse can give to me in my case because he keep on saying that he will file a complaint to immigration that I went alone to Canada and all
-We might get separated soon...what is the procedure to follow if we file a divorce case after l land there. Do i need to inform them? If yes, will they ask me to go back to India?
-If we get legally separated, will my spouse still be able to enter Canada before visa expires?

I am totally confused what should I do...should I go or first get separated. What complications I may have to face basis what I mentioned above.

Please advise ???

Thanks Mansee

My question is as I can't go to home country because I need to move from US and because of my status issue I can't re-enter to US if I leave from here.

I was wondering if person doesn't have valid visa and need to get stamping done in residence country is that possible or anyone had experience with this situation ?

thnks a lot bro.

Guys I need help. I had interview on 16 sept 2015. And in the end VO said that he had taken the decision and no more concer left with application and he return all my originals after checking it. And in the end he said give me pcc and if I don't wana travel in emergency than give original passports. And I gave him. Now my concern is he took my original passports generally VO don't take pp in interview. I am safe if u have passports ???..I am worried now

so now here I need expert advice.

just received GCMS notes and as per the notes,
Security, Criminality check not yet started

MR - Not Started
RPRF - outstanding
Eligibility - Passed

under the Notes :
request for PCC for Dubai, Bahrain and India has been sent on 17th June 2015
PCC for Dubai and India has been received on 9th July 2015

Question
we have also sent Bharain pcc separately on 30th July but it is not mentioned or update on it
also there are two due dates one is 25th Nov 2015 and 10th Dec 2015

I have just raised CSE mentioning change in to my office location on 30th August 2015 and there is no revert on it till date.

what should be my next action ....wait or raise CSE inquiring about Bharain PCC (can I mention about GCMS notes) or asking if earlier mail has been received by DRD.

Thanks for all your help

Get your visa and land immediately or if you want legally divorce and send the information to CIC (it will only affect you maybe if you claimed points so much points with your spouse).also He can only file complaint if u take the son. And that is if he is the legal guardian and also if he has the prove.trust me your spouse can not do anything.am not even sure he/she knows how to raise this issue.ignore your spouse,go and do ur landing and enjoy.better still wait in canada untill your PR card is out before you come back to sort things out with him.stay focused and do not be confused

Dear,
Take your visa and land first, then take PR card.
By the time you get your PR card, your mind will be more clear on the situation.
Till the time you are in your home country, he can still cause grieve (Local laws apply).
Canadian embassy support will be NIL (b'cause its only immigration visa / not Canadian resident permit.
I would recommend playing safe till you have PR card.
The court proceedings in home country will deplete you and cause more anxiety / depression.

And Engrted said stay focused on your purpose and No confusions.
God bless you.

Hope it helps.

Dear
Don't mention the GCMS notes, send an email to VO at LDNimmigration @ international.gc.ca,
politely asking for acknowledgment of the Bahrain PCC, stating the date you sent it.
Expect a reply in 10-15 days, maybe earlier, if you try the following format.

Write the email's subject line as:
"URGENT - application Number - surname, First name - DRD (VO Initials)"

That should sort things out.
Best of luck.
Hope it helps,
TC

Thank you for the response :)

I did not claim any points from my spouse in my case, because I knew he will not help me in this process. Somehow I managed to get the Visa. As per the advise I will first get PR for me and my son

Will there be any harm if I take my son after few months but before separation?

Thanks again!
