Received the below from VO :

Please note that you and your spouse are required to complete question 8 (Personal History) and 12 (Address History) of schedule A (IMM5669) form since 18th birthday to date without leaving any gaps. This must be received at this office by : 09/28/2015

I received MR & requests for other documents ( PCC etc) and have been asked to fill up Schedule A of form IMM 5669 , points 8 and points 12 AGAIN.
Now , I realized that the addresses I had used for point 8 and point 12 are different .. the reason is - I thought point 8 (Personal History) needs details or work location and point 12(Addresses) only the addresses you have lived.... as a result my point 8 and point12 showed up different addresses.
Do you think this is the reason why they have asked me to resend the IMM 5669 updating points 8 & 12 ?

Any help is highly appreciated as I have to send the documents updated asap.

Great, i received a similar mail. Many people do not update there info with CIC, or delay Updating, causing VO frustration. So many applicants receive mails regarding updates. This seems normal (new trent).
So don't worry send a reply back to VO with any Update(s) you have.

This is actually meant to UPDATE info not corrections. (if purpose was discrepancy then they will reject not ask for an update)

I think that is a good news for you. Inshallah you'll get MR soon. Brother just confirm one thing..... did they called to your manager or direct superior or they called your HR?

They directly called to company owner as I have submitted his visiting card along with my application. Company owner than ask the caller to talk with Company manager

I'm probably the rarest of the rare...
I have received TLU in second week of Jan, submitted US PCC on 3rd April but I have still have not received any update from VO.
I have raised my GCMS request on 23rd July and waiting for response.
so technically speaking I have been waiting from April.. meaning 5 months for 4th line update.

Hello, I have a question regarding a situation and what the possible consequences be.

Lets say I do MR check and everything turns out ok and get PPR then visa stamped.

Now let say during the time between receiving the visa and landing in Canada, I am diagnosed with cancer.
Will I be rejected entry and my visa cancelled or/and if allowed to enter, is it possible to get treated as soon as landing or that is a no go?
In that case what should a person do?

Just to clarify I don't have cancer or even MR (hopefully soon) it is just something that makes me wonder, my aunt died not so long ago of cancer perhaps thats why.

To God be the glory,COPR and visa for my family arrived this morning at 10.18am,i give God almighty all adoration,honour and praise for this eventful journey that started August 27th 2014 and a first timer for this Canada dream.God is a God of possibility.My application from start to finish was smooth..never had cause to send any updated document(POF,PCC,Generic form,Schedule A background form) to VO..my only response to VO was passport request.Na only God..

Visa issued 28th August 2015...Thats 366days right?..Godwin.

I think u r talking abt transit thru Heathrow/Other European airports. No you DONT NEED, any transit visa, if the connection is less than 8/10 hrs and u don't plan to go outside the airport. But to be on safe side, check intended country's policy.

I strongly believe it has to be FBI PCC.
I submitted one along with the application. But requested a new one from FBI as the old one might have expired.

I sent the latest PCC to NDVO mailbox on 18th august but got only automated reply.
Raised CSE regarding it on 03 September and got MR on 07 September.

The other reason might be some doubt in VO's mind regarding employment cause I got Telephonic Employment verification.

the 4th line update, "Decision made" was updated before almost 2 1/2 months. But I have not yet received any Passport request or no further communication. have also sent couple of mails to CIC office. but no further update. Any idea? Please help

I also think that hopefully NDVO is clearing old files .
The last five MR (including me) in FSW 2014 Global spread sheet are applicants with Oct-Nov 2014 SLU.
And this is about time also. My SLU to MR is 303 days while PER to MR is more than 1 year .
