My file details are below:
App Filed date: 7th Nov 2014
Vo - Warsaw/NDVO
PER - 2nd Feb 2015
SLU - 8th April 2015
Med Req - 9th May 2015
Meds Done - 12th May 2015
TLU - 20th May 2015

Its been more than 85 days since my MR and there has been no sign of Dm or PPR .
My query is I joined a new job on 27th April 2015, but updated the Warsaw VO through case specific enquiry on 1st of June along with my appointment letter soft copy.

Please advise if this update can be a reason for the delay of my DM or PPR ?

thumbs rule: no rule as to when to apply, free to apply after n before for any legal purpose, but dont forget landing formalities in Canada before expiry :-X

But it has been more than 2 months since I've updated the information about my new job to the VO. Please also clarify if UK PCC also contributes to the delay of the process, as I've noticed that many applicants who carry UK PCC are sailing in the same boat as mine and Yes I too have UK PCC... please advise ?

I need to ask, my Ecas showed only two lines, first one :we received your file, and seconf line: medicals received this is since two months ago.....
Then I was asked to submit additional documents and i did last week, they sent me two days later that one of my documents was not right and have to resubmit it and gave me another 60 days to submit it. Anyway, now my ecas shows my second line as: we started processing your file on july 25, which is the same date when they sent me an email to resubmit a document. . And now medicals received is third line...

Is this normal ? I mean does it make sense that they only started processing my file last week ? Although they asked me to submit documents like two months ago.. I thought they already opened my file back then...

hi, i m new to the forum.. i applied for canadian PR and after getting AOR i got an email today that they are not convinced with the letter i provided them from my employer. it specifically said that it doesn't match the open source such as linkedin and therefore it seems it is fake.. (ridiculous)

that is a little tough to swallow as i dont really update my profile and my linkedin was hacked some years ago.

they have given 30 days to respond ... any instance like that with anyone before... and what are the chances now ?

I have always said it that the process used in this FSW is not fair. Most of us are lucky thus far that we didn't fall in the hands of wicked IO or best put; God has been by our side.
On your issue, what I feel you should do is to get a letter from your employer stating your position and job descriptions. After that get a lawyer/attorney/notary public to certify it. You can also include a letter by yourself stating the most recent jobs you have completed for your employer. You may also get a reference from your company's clients specifying that you worked on a project with them.
I believe though you need to share your timeline so that more experienced members can advise you.

With the help of Almighty God, I received my PPR today about7 hours ago in my email. My eCAS is not showing DM yet but I am not worried as I will be sending passports tomorrow with a copy of the email attached.

3 complete working days have passed but no response yet.

. I am pleased to inform that I have received MR yesterday. However, they have also asked to submit

-- account statements for last 6 months.

Now I am confused whether to send my salary account statements or my POF statement. Bcoz I dont want to overdo anything unless I am 100% sure of it. And a friend of mine told me that if they wanted proof of funds then they would have clearly mentioned it.

Any suggestions for my situation?

My time line is:

Send both and highlight ur salary credits and also if u transferred funds from salary account to POF account than highlight that transaction as well

Thank you again mk.2382. I am going to raise a Case Specific Enquiry with a scanned copy attached and ask them if they would like me to send them the original. I sent them a PCC from the country I live in but not from the USA as I technically never spent 6 consecutive months there at a stretch. However, I did live there for 4 years so they will probably require it. I put my application together in a couple of months and did not have time to wait for the FBI identity history summary.

In that case please write in a detailed letter along with submission of FBI PCC that why you are going against the instructions mentioned on the AOR letter and that you do not want to get late on PCC deadlines so submitting w/o specifically been asked for.

Also, PCCs ideally are supposed to be part of the 1st application deck and rest all follows per VO instructions. So if you have missed sending a doc which belonged to the 1st deck dont think you should unnecessarily delay submitting that.

FBI PCCs are very tricky as the wait time is unpredictable and FBI sends reports via the most basic postal service of US leading to many reports getting lost in transit if being sent to countries in other half of the world. I have experienced it.

So i advise do not take it casually, do not miss out and submit at the earliest.
