Congrats..

Read over the forum, that NDVO is busy with Student visa (in July & August) hence currently NDVO is slow in processing FSW 2014 PR application.

Is there any update on this ?????????

By the Grace of GOD, another step towards Canada has been completed.

I have Received PPR.

One Question Though. Can I go and submit the Passports for the whole family.
Congratulations....
Yes you can submit for the whole family.
But you need an authorization letter if you want to collect them after process done.

Hi Friends,

I collected passports today and very much happy to see VISA on them...

I wish good luck to all....

Urgent attention

Just wanted to know expert views.
Received ppr and warsaw has asked to submit passports ro NDVO. I asked my consultant to raise CSE to warsaw to request them to give permission to submit passport to ADVO. Within 6 hrs they replied that i have only option to submit to NDVO (isn't it very quick to receive a response)
Also next day morning i went to submit the passport to ADVO directly. And after a wait of 40-45 mins they finally accepted the passport and give us a courier receipt.
My question is, is it possible that the they will not stamp the passports after accepting them as warsaw has sent a negative message? Or they have accepted the passport and they have to stamp it?

Hi...

I had same response from Warsaw office as i had requested them to consider the PPR process getting done with in the same country (UK - as i had been staying here since the start of the whole application process) still they wrote me a email response in 30 mins saying that i have to submit the passport in New Delhi office. ( Annoying but could nt help booking a flight ticket to land in india on 26th of this month).

Please do let me know your experience in some detail at your local visa office.

Waiting for your response.

Thank you.

Dear Forum Members,

Received much awaited PPR mail today. We are extremely happy. I want to thank all of the forum members who have helped us through out, guided us with their invaluable advises. You all have been fantastic help through your replies, posts , experience shares on this forum. It is really hard to find such help and cooperation that forum members of this forum have shown.

I have couple of queries, If you could please help:
1. Do I need to take prior appointment to submit passports to VFS?
2. Can I submit passports of my dependents or they should be present there personally?
3. I have renewed my passport (already informed NDVO). Do I need to submit new as well as old passport? Or only new passport?

I am planning to submit below to VFS tomorrow:
1. Original passports
2. PPR mail print out
3. 2 photographs.

Thanks and Regards

Hi All,

We were blessed with a baby in April (we informed NDVO from the start of pregnancy other relevant details in this regard).
Hence in April NDVO sent an email to add child in our application, therefore we sent Child MR, CAD150, Updated Forms and Proof of Fund, which was received at NDVO on 13th May 2015

Can anyone share timelines, that is how much time do the CIC / NDVO take to process the case after receiving the completed documents

Following are my timelines:-

ECAS 1st Line Updated Application Received - 18th July 2014
CC Charged - 4th Nov 2014
PER - 13th Nov 2014
ECAS 2nd Line Updated NDVO Started Processing on 24th Dec 2014
MR / RPRF / PCC Requested - 9th Jan 2015
ECAS 3rd Line Updated (Medicals Received) - 30th Jan 2015
Mail from NDVO for Baby's Addition to Application - 25th April 2015
Documents Sent (Child MR, CAD150, Updated Forms and Proof of Fund) & Received at NDVO - 13th May 2015

Brother I am sailing in exactly the same boat as yours (Awaiting PPR post submission of all new born's docs).
Our timelines too are also similar. I too am frustrated but feedback coming from all is to continue having patience. Yes even I read a forum member mentioning about NDVO being busy with student visas but when I contacted the member personally he couldn't verify if what he is telling is actually true.

Please PM me your contact, we can stay in touch and discuss more offline.

I was exactly in the same situation and i got my PPR mail today, it took exactly 25 days in my case.
I know another friend who is waiting since 45-55 days for the same.
I think it varies a bit.

All the best friends.

I have few questions please :
Q: My 4th line is still not updated and i got the PPR request email.
Is that a normal thing. (I got the PPR mail in the morning and the 4th line is still not updated).

Q: Do i need to send an email for approval from NDVO to submit my passports to New York VFS ?

Q: Once i will get my passports back, can I plan to travel by Road/Train to Toronto for my initial formalities.

Thanks in advance

You could have raised a CSE with NDVO as well since WVO wanted you to submit at NDVO. I do not think there will be negative impact at ADVO since they accepted.

You can try sending an email to NDVO as well informing that you had submitted passport at ADVO

Congratulations Buddy !!! :) :) :)

2. PPR mail print out
3. 2 photographs.
4. Family chart, you will find the table in the PPR email. Fill that up

Q: Once i will get my passports back, can I plan to travel by Road/Train to Toronto for my initial formalities. I know you can cross the border by road and complete the landing formalities. not so sure about how it works with Train
