I had received Passport request today from Warsaw visa office to submit my passport in New Delhi.

I am staying in UK since 4 years and even sent all the documents from here in UK.

please could you let me know what is required from my end and how would i be able to submit my passport by staying in UK?

You can request Warsaw to allow you get the passport stamped in UK.
Indian laws do not allow passports to be sent across borders.
so your passport is very likely to confesticated if you try to send it via courier from UK to India.

Better to get it done at LVO.

Actually just a day or two difference between our dates. My MR was on May 14th and my medicals done on June 10th. Now your timeliness are giving me lot of hopes and some excitement...
