After getting the instructions for carrying out medical test do we need to complete the medicals within 30 days, or can we request for an extension? and if that is possible how long can it be extended for?

Your file has been transfered to local VO and soon would be assigned to Immigration Officer. At the moment it looks like your file is is in intial stages and has not been viewed by IO. Check last few pages on your GCMS (NOTES section), for more info.

thnk u very much for ur kind reply....as per GCMS notes in the end they have updated my address in May as i raised CSE regarding this change....

and before theres a note regarding eligibilty criteria MI 12 which shows that i met the criteria...they have verified my ielts and other verifications are not started....also in application assignment head it is mentioned:

Asigned by: xxxxxxxxxx
Due Date: 20-june 2015

so what should i interpret now??

My visa office is London. I received PER almost more than 110+ days ago ... But after that PER email , never heard back from London Visa office ... Is this normal ? I mean how many days more should I expect for an MR request ?

Dont worry abt Assigend by or to...due date is when IO review yur file agian, as it was 20th you should expect next update in coming few weeks. Just keep an eye on any kind of verifications at your current or previuos work place.

You can submit your family members pp. You have to fill a form provided by the VFS for you and other.

Hey.. i am a july applicant.. got per on 7th nov 2014... still no slu or MR.. what could be the reason of delay.. or slow process.. my ecas is showing in process.. how long it gonna take for update.. expert advice plz

I am in a Govt. Job....should i put resign and proceed for canada or first to put Leave Without Pay (LWP) for 6 months stating a family visit and after settlement i put resign ? ?

I and my wife going to land in Canada sin around Nov. She would be 7 month pregnanat by that time. Pleaes advice on health care as Ontario ask for 90 days time to issue health card while Alberta gives health coverage on arrival.

This would be our primary point of concern to settle as we will be there for approx 4-5 months & will return.

Please advice
