Could you guys suggest when should I get back my PP or should I raise CSE.

Received- 18th June

Planning to land next year in march!

ahaa, look when u sell property in India u have to pay certain tax to Indian taxation authority right. afterwards the income u got is taxed u can take that money to Canada. n that is non-taxable(cuz u have already paid tax on that in India(there is treaty to prevent double taxation)).

my Sincere thanks to My Almighty God..my parents, my family, friends, brothers and sisters in this forum who helped me all the way along in this Journey of getting Canada VISA.

this is really a very tiresome Journey in which finally i reached my destination.. i am literally very happy for this. I feel very happy and congratulate those who got their VISA and COPR already. I sincerely and heart fully wish and Pray for all my brother and sisters who are waiting to reach their Goal in life.
this forum is really a great platform for us to meet atleast through words and support each others in black and white even without knowing each other in direct.

Hi Everyone,

By God's grace, our PR application process is completed. We received our stamped passports and COPR documents on June 15th. As we are already in Canada on Work visas, We will be doing flagpoling on Niagara Falls port of Entry for landing process this Saturday 20th June.

We will be taking the below documents:
- Our Passports,
- Current Visa docs,
- COPR docs,
- Bank statements & a letter from Bank showing sufficient funds,
- Driving licenses for ID & Address Proof, Rental agreement for our daughter's address proof

My questions:

1) Did I miss anything in the above list?
2) I heard we need to declare any "Goods to follow" during landing process, otherwise they will impose import duty and taxes when we actually bring our goods. What about cash & Jewellry? We will not be bringing our Jewelry anytime soon, Cash maybe in next 2 years. We are also planning to dispose our property there and bring the cash here. if I declare all these, will there be no taxes at all later? Or, will I be taxed under different context? Please clarify or post any useful links on this.
3) Anything else We need to prepared for the landing day?

Passport issue

I need help. My daughter's passport is expiring on 28th April 2016 and Got PR Visa stamped until the expiry. We are planning to fly in November. What will b the procedure to get my daughter's passport renewed. Also if I apply for renewal of her passport in India before I fly , will Visa still b valid on her new passport? If not can I apply for her passport in indian embassy at Canada. What is the best option? I am confused so need help.

I am very much worried due to my pending application.i applied on 23 June 2014,per on 21 October ,second line updated on 5 dec,visa office ndvo,noc 4011,.my telephonic inquiry was held on dec6 in my past college .then no update till date .when raised gcms,it says selection and eligibility passed from visa office.when asking about my status I got following response
You are further advised that your file has been reviewed by a visa officer and is now pending further verifications.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the verifications are completed, the next steps in this application will be determined and you will be contacted. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.
No further communication yet,very much worried .after one month of this mail when inquired again ,got same email.can any body console me

Usually background verification done by third parties...
AccordinAccording to this mail vo required more time to give ffinal decision.
It tool 8 months to issue mr afterafter second line update in my case..
I will advise you to wait for 3-4 weeks..
You will definitely hear some positivity from vo..
Meanwhile when you gt reply???
