KLM is good. It would mean that that particular flight is a codeshare flight which would typically be the manner in which airline advertise those flights.
Suppose you buy a ticket from KLM for a flight from say New Delhi to Toronto. You would have to catch two flights from say Delhi to Amsterdam and a second one from say Amsterdam to Toronto. Then chances are that the first flight would be operated by KLM with their own aircraft and the second one would be operated by Air Canada or any other company. Codeshare agreement allows airline companies to advertise each other's flights in their own names rather than their partner's names for that particular journey. So, if you bought the ticket from KLM, you would get the ticket in which both the flights would be mentioned as of KLM when in fact the second one would be operated by another company and KLM just uses their name on the second flight too, just to market the flight as a single one. In the ticket , if you look below the second flight name, it will be mentioned that the flight is operated by Air Canada or Air France or any of the other companies that partners with KLM. The second flight is basically not of KLM, but a separate individual flight but since we are buying a ticket through KLM and KLM wants to provide a route from New Delhi to Toronto on a single ticket, they have partnered with the second airline company so that KLM can use their flight to transfer the passengers who wants to go to Toronto from Amsterdam where it's first journey ends.

Thank you for the detailed reply

My only challenge is now to go to delhi for which i need to take domestic flight.. then the baggage rules and also in night from domestic i will need ot go to international airport

Hello,

First of all thanks to all seniors and active members to give us guidance at all stages in this PR process.

I need guidance and help to resolve my USA PCC fingerprints requirement. I have submitted all documents to CIC and Visa office except PCC from USA. In last 6 months FBI has rejected my 3 fingerprints. Can anybody (who has experienced the same problem) please guide me how, from where and which type (ink or biometric) of fingerprinting to be done for USA PCC and if I finally cannot get the USA PCC in time to meet deadline or extended deadline (given by VO) then what proof or alternate I can submit to VO to convince them that this is no more in my hand after so many requests sent for PCC from FBI. I stay in Oman now. I am too much worried coz this is the only last thing which is left in my case.

Thanks
Regards
Best

Can you try to get State Clearances from each state in US you have lived in?
You will have to send a well drfted email to the immig ofc saying that ur prints have been rejected 3 times and these state clearances are being submitted while you are applying for FBI clearance for the fourth time(depends on whether u want to apply 4th time or not)
I empathise with you .. I must have spent 300 bucks in getting printed over n over n the corresponding courier charges

My wife had her rejected twice. Her prints are just too thin. The first two tries were ink. I recommend getting the electronic (LiveScan) prints done. This is what we did for the third try. Supposedly there is an extremely low rejection rate For this type because they make sure they get good images before printing. We haven't received the results back yet but are hopeful. I think that's your best bet. We got them done at a police department but had to call around to find one that did them electronically. There are private agencies that will do it too, I believe.

I experienced almost the same situation. My first fingerprints were rejected as I took them myself home. Second set was done at the police headquarters and I took two sets. One was sent to State police and the second to FBI. I got both results from and gave both to the visa center which have speeded up my process. Once sent, I was asked to pay RPRF and decision made was displayed right after with medical results received as well at the same time in Ecas. Last Tuesday, I got my Canadian visa and that was an awesome feeling. Now, I am both happy and worried about what what type of future is there for me and family in Canada. I am a Reinsurance Director and I look forward to landing in Toronto as that might be the best option for a job opportunity in my field.

Good luck to all of you guys. I keep you updated. If you have any further questions, let me know, I will be pleased to assist.
