Since it is a urgent request. Send a email to CHC to have your email address changed along with the reason.

Good Luck

Bro thanks for reply. My question is will they change email address immediately or it will take time to update?

Does anyone have any experience with getting your medical done while on a low-carb diet? If so, are there any problems with that or should one just advise the Dr. of the fact?

[size=10pt]Hi All, your suggestions are welcome please.

Finally the long awaited MR was received 3 days ago on Monday, but I'm a bit confused because it is an auto-generated mail.

Another observation is that the mail was not sent by a VO, no documents requested, no RPRF payment or PCC requested.

ECAS remains single line, but the most baffling part is that this auto-MR was sent exactly 1 year into my application - Are these normal things?

visafile.info

GCMS notes costs 28$ at visa file.

With relatives in Canada they can apply directly to the authorities, receive it and send it to you. It'll cost 5$ in this case

Hello Friends

Please suggest what shall i do for the below thing. (already send 2 email but no response from cic till now)

My Medicals (Line 3) was updated around 20-25 April.
It was for my-self, my-wife and daughter.

we are in U.S.A these days and my wife has given birth to our 2nd kid here in U.S.
I had send the 2nd kid's documents to get him added to our Application and the same was delivered to NDVO on 20-May-2015.

Its being 3 weeks now and I have not received any communication since then and my CC for 150 CAD for adding my 2nd kid is also not charged yet.

I hope once it got charged we should receive the medical request for my 2nd kid.

Friends please suggest if someone has a similar case or in general what you think how long should be the wait to get the CC charged.

Thanks
Atul

Hello friends,

Just need a quick advice. In the representative form when we fill for cancellation they ask to add info about where you sent your file and the location. So shall i enter it as centralised intake office and Sydney NS as the location. Is it correct?

Yes, since they are asking for the name of the office where the application was submitted.

Chances are they will change it immediately. However, no one can give you a sure answer other than VO.

Dear All,

Recently I have received below communication from Colombo visa office. Although I have mentioned my previous visits to other countries clearly but some I overlooked the clause for visa refusal.

VO has given me 30 days to provide the justification for same, Can someone please help me how to proceed?

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Subsection 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act 2001 states that a foreign national is inadmissible for misrepresentation for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. Paragraph 40(2)(a) specifies that the foreign national continues to be inadmissible for misrepresentation for a period of five years following, in the case of a determination outside Canada, a final determination of inadmissibility under subsection (1).

In September 2014 you and your spouse completed Schedule A applications declaring that you have never been refused a visa to Canada or any other country. You declared these applications to be truthful, complete and correct. However we have information that you, your spouse and your son were refused Non Immigrant Visas.

I will allow you 30 days to address this concern. At the end of this time period I will make a decision on your application with or without a response.

Thanks in advance.

Dude... You did a mistake. I know a friend who was even deported from the U.S. but he reported this information to CIC and yes he was honest and effectively he just got his immigrant visa to Canada. There is nothing better than honesty and truth!

Dear All,

NDVO has replied to my query and approved for passport submission at London VO for visa stamping.
I'll be submitting the passport at London VAC sometime next week. Will keep you all posted.

Wishing everyone good luck :)

Cheers !!
