Just a query
My wife is the principal applicant & she got her WES done while
Filing her application.
Our file is on the verge of getting stamped , I wanted to know whether
It would be mandatory for me as a dependent as well to go for WES evaluation
For my set if degrees to find jobs @ Canada

Plz let me know with your expert advice so that I can plan well in advance

You should reply to that PPR mail informing them of ur earlier PP submission at the Embassy...Plus raise a CSE..Mark as 'Urgent'

And possibly send the photos to NDVO via courier..no other option....

they need your recent photos to print the COPR...

need some info... MY VO is warsaw.. our staus is Medicals received... Our docs reached them on june 1st... when can we expect DM?
And would our file be transferred to NDVO for PPR i do not have an idea at all as to what happens after medicals received? what is the procedure? very anxious and nervous checking ECAS very often.... so checking status as per warsaw VO timings... please throw some light guys....

Guys Need some quick advise.

We received our PPR on 8th June after 1 month delay from our DM date on 7th May. My husband being the primary applicant is travelling to Atlanta next weekend for a long term project and hence its very risky to send the passport to NDVO for stamping at this juncture.

We have raised a CSE and also written a mail to NDVO to this effect on 9th June requesting if my husband can come personally to NDVO and get the stamping done in 1 day... we have not received any response from NDVO till date.

Please let us if anybody had a similar experience and also is it possible for the principal applicant to do stamping in USA (which state... Procedure please) and the dependents do the stamping here in NDVO.

You're right, I know couple of idiots on this forum who sent me numerous messages about this visa error they made and then in the end they "decided" that it wasn't required. I was quiet upset and I simply blocked them because they kept bugging my inbox with useless messages.

I told them that even if they got away this time, they would get caught in future, i.e. when they apply for citizenship / passport, a thorough check will be performed.

Anyway, one interesting piece I noticed in the OP is that duration of ban mentioned is 5 years, not 2. It seems length of ban has been increased to 5 years! In any case govt of Canada or most other countries would refuse visa to those who're caught lying in their app!
