Hi guys, below are my timelines. What are the chances?

App Reached CIC: 31 July 2014
PER: 28 Nov 2014

I sent an email to London-im-enquiry on 28th April 2015 and got a reply on 29th April 2015 as:

"Your application is awaiting further review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to. You need take no further action at this time."

There is no update which using ECAS after the first line.

I know there is no other way but to wait. What do you senior people think the reason is?

One of the reasons could be pending verifications on your application. You should opt for GCMS notes, that would clearly reflects whts holding your application.

Hello Friends... I had a query that my wife will be going with me and will do job in Canada. Does she need to have IELTS and WES done if she have to work there? I have few of my friends and their wives did not got IELST or WES ?

Quick reply will be highly appreciated.

Sorry guys for the posting again. Waiting for some more input from you guys.

We got our Passport stamped with Single entry visa last month (i.e in May 2015) with validity until first week of Dec 2015 for my family.

I have few queries here
1) My son passport is valid until 5th Dec 2015. it has one Singly entry Canada visa which was stamped last month. will there be any issue in travelling or ticket booking because his passport would be valid for a period of less than 6 months. Planning to fly in Jul 2015.
2) Can I renew my son passport now? Would there be any issue in flying then with new passport.
3) Is it require whole family to travel together? Or Main applicant can go first and then rest of the family can join before first week of Dec.

Sanjay

EXPERTS!!

When i will receive PPR. I am really getting worried since my DM on 26 May 2015. Where as other people are getting PPR on same day of DM.

Please let me know. I really need your inputs. Why only my PPR is delayed.

Nothing like that.... For some people it is taking time.... aa things based on VO. Anyway if you have a consultant, check with them whether they lost your mail in the bulk. Not to take worries...

@ramgarhia

Need not to worry, the timing lapse between the 2 r immigration officer dependent. Delay of more than 3 weeks have been observed (finally got PPR). Plus frequency of checking ECAS. U might have checked it immediately after update, while other wud have checked after a day or 2.

Most importantly, the DM is POSITIVE as in case of -ive decision, first additional info is requested to remove all doubts. As info is not requested shud start packing bags.

@sarai

It depends on nature of her intended job but in most cases its not required.

You need to stop worrying....DM as 4th line means u will get PPR...:)

Also fyi, u r not the only one, there are a bunch of 17-18 ppl on this forum who got DM in early May and still w8ing for PPR....

Just focus on reading through the Settlement topics now...:)

It's a matter of queuing of files..and preparing a mail batch..There's no criteria as such...DM as 4th line means ur file is finalized and ur Visa is issued already..:)

From GCMS I know, that the file for NDVO has to move to a Dept. called 'ECU-Issued' which then sends the actual PPR mail...

The record for PPR after DM on this forum is 60 days... ;D..But most ppl get PPR on the same day or within a week...Some even get before DM...Although at this point, I think there's a batch of ppl who got DM in early May and r still waiting for PPR (including u)..dunno why they are piling up the files...maybe they are doing it NOC-wise

Anyways, u will get it soon for sure...just relax and enjoy the w8 ;)
