Hi All,
I am wondering if there is anyone here who is planning to land in Ottawa. I have heard great things about Ottawa so thinking of making it as my second home. In the most recent survey in Money Magazine, Ottawa has been ranked as the 2nd best city to live in Canada.

If there is anyone here who is landing in Ottawa please PM, it will be nice to connect with you/your family in Ottawa.

Cheers!

Hi friends,

I got email to send RPRF,PCC and medicals. My question is once we send them, how do we know that the visa office received them ?

I got a second line update. Will the third line update mean the visa office received all those three ?

Third line means only that medical exams have been received and are accepted
Fourth line means that also PCC and RPRF have been received and PPR will be mailed shortly
there is no acknowledgment of receipt for Pcc and RPRF

Guys.....Question!

As I know, there may be various visa validity dates - among one is expiry of passport? Is this only primary applicant passport expiry or any of the dependents?

Appreciate ur time...................sharing is caring :) :) :) :)

As per me .. person should go where he will have best career opportunity as per their NOC then he should think of places he likes etc. once settled then look for your forward for his choices...
depends on individual choice also..

Feeling very very happy by the grace of God, good wishes of parents and family, today i finally received my stamped visa and COPR after nine month and 23days.
it is a very long journey,
First i apply in 2006 as federal skilled but due to backlog of cases all files returned.
second i apply to saskatchewan immigration but could not make it as very few spot to fill.
Third i apply to nova scotia same case due to less number of applicant required i could not make it.
Fourth time i applied in 13th AUGUST 2014 and got success this time.
My complete timeline is

Applied - 13 August
Per - 04 December
Second line- 26 Feb 2015 (Processing start on 24 FEB )
Medical- 20 March 2015
Medical Done- 24 March 2015
Third Line - 11 April
PPR and Decision made - 26th May 2015
passport with stamped visa- 6th June 2015.

friends i wish each and everyone success in this forum to become permanent residence very soon.

This forum is very good and i always got a good advice when i found myself in difficult situation.
Again i am wishing everyone a speedy process in this forum, from my bottom of my heart .

Two months is not that long. you will hear positive news from CIC. Many people waited for 4 months and more to get MR. Your case is under scrutiny review and background check.
thanks for ur response dear. yes I can wait for even 4 months but I want positive news from Cic. :)
