Hey guys,

i am in a pickle now.

My wife was pregnant so we did not do her chest X-rays in OCT-2014
Now we did here X-ray after birth, but from a diffrent doctor because the first doctor went on a vacation.

So now i dont knw tht weather my wife's records have been send to CIC by both of doctors
Is there any way i can personally check tht my records have been sent. i have already emailed Cpc-ottawa abt it, but no reply from them.

Congratulations krish09 +1 to you.

I submitted my profile and it is showing 397 points, what is the cutoff to receive ITA?

I have registered on the job bank, but does anyone ever get an employer to pursue LMIA etc.?

Is there any consultant/company which I can hire to get my LMIA process started?

Wow!!! I am so excited!!! ;D :D ;D :D ;D

I am so pleased to share the wonderful news that besides the SLU that I posted about just a bit earlier I just received the email advising me to get the medicals done for me my spouse and kids! (MR) It said that the instructions would come in another email within 48 hours but they immediately came right after one for me and each member of my family.

In the same email was the request for Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)!

It also requested PCC for my spouse as only mine was submitted with the application.

The email went on to say:
"Please send the documentation requested above as soon as possible. If we do not receive all the documents requested or the explanation within 60 days from the date of this letter, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your application will be refused and your file closed."

I wonder why some people are given 90 days and some 60. Who knows?

So while this does give 60 days I'm hoping that the "or the explanation" would allow for an explanation that the FBI is taking forever to get back my wife's PCC in the event that it doesn't get back to me in time. It has only been 8 weeks and it takes 12-14 weeks. That should be enough time but I'm so nervous about it. This is the 3rd attempt to get it for her because she has fingerprints that are very thin and hard to record. The first two attempts failed and were done in the standard method with ink. The last attempt was done via "LiveScan" electronic fingerprinting so I am hopeful that this time it will be sufficient for them to process.

Anyways...For those interested it listed my Program Assistant as: DA20220

Woo Hoo!!!!! ;D :D ;D :D ;D

Hi.

Somebody please help .my timelines on left .people are getting ppr who done there medicals in April & may .

I have only one PCC and no news yet .same noc 2133 people also getting PPR . does it means rejection letter on the way for me.

George.

Dont worry.. Without giving you an opportunity to explain, your file cant be rejected at this point of time.

PPR timeline varies based on your background, criminality, security checks & assigned visa officer.
if not already done, you would want to consider ordering GCMS now. rest be assured that you will get your deserved +ve news soon.. Enjoy the time.

There are few members in CPC-Ottawa group, waiting for MR & has similar timeline like yours.
Helpline : 613-944-4000 options 1 1 1 1 1 3 1.

If you are lucky then your call may get transferred to agent & if he/she is kind enough , will give you update. Keep trying. All the Best.

You are at wrong forum.
Refer CIC website to get latest cut off updates for EE draws. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/rounds.asp
755 was cutoff on 22nd May,
LMIA is complex ,hard to get if you are outside of canada unless you have specific skill not easily available in canada & you would want to stay away from those company if they r offering you same with money./need to be 100% sure that they r not fooling.
