Hi All,

Now this is very very frustrating.. After crossing such a hard and long journey and after mentally preparing so much about migrating, I am stuck between DM and PPR :-[ :-[ My DM was around 8th May and now May is over, still no PPR email. I see many people around these dates of DM are stuck..
I'm unable to understand what's wrong with these dates and why NDVO is not solving the problem..
I see such instances had happened in 2013 and 2014 too. In 2014 someone had gone till MP to resolve such problem. Read - http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/waiting-for-ppr-after-decision-made-need-advise-t183654.0.html Should I do something like this?

People in same situation - if you are planning something please let me know.
Seniors - please suggest..

Any suggestions on this will be helpful..

Hi guys,

A quick question..

When you send the visa office additional requested documents by email... Do you send them a scan of the document in the original language and also a scan of the translated/certified document ?
Or do you only send them a scan of the translated/certified copy ?

You send them both the scanned original and translated documents. If it is required to send these docs by courier, please do so as well.

Hi guys,

Hi

You don't have to apply separately, as part of landing process when you land at a Canadian Airport. You will apply for the same. Please make sure you carry any local (Canadian) address with you, this is the address to which your PR card will be sent

Thank you Karunya!

No you dont have to do anything bud.

Once you land they will fill the details themselves on the COPR and ask you for residence address.

After that the PR card will come at your residence address in 45 days.

When do you plan to leave?? and what is your profession mate?

Abhishek Aggarwal

Thanks buddy!
Planning to land mid July. Univ. Prof. / Pharmaceutical Industry Physician.

Thanks Pratik... Anxiously awaiting PPR....enough of test of my patience....

Me too dear... Can't do anything except waiting... Just hoping for the best... Stay Positive.... All the best dear....

Received ready for Visa email. Thank you all for support & staying together.I wish speedy positive response for friend's waiting for it.

some Observations :
It is automated email without any signature or location/officer code . ( MR/RPRF/PCC request email had RK6165)
No 4th line updates yet but email received at 11:30 pm CPC-Ottawa time.

Need suggestion for below :
email body states

If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. Follow the link to purchase your shipping label:
http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/cst/intro-e.asp

When i go to this it asks to login into EST & it seems EST is for business purpose. Have anybody created shipping label within last week ? Any thoughts ?

Hello guys,

A small query which may sound silly.

Can the primary and secondary applicants get their medicals done from different places.

Asking because I am hoping to get a MR in 1-2 weeks time.

I am in Germany, however my wife will be in India over next 2 months.

I believe it should not be a problem as eventually it will all get updated to the same database.

But thought of checking with you guys.

Cheers.

no question is a silly question.. yes you can do them separately... CHEERS !
