Hi Buddies

I have an urgent enquiry

I forgot to submit the passport bio-pages along with the documents requested for medical. Its already passed 60 days after medical request. My 45 days to submit all document was over on 12/05/2015. My TLU is updated on April 3rd and I came to know that my DD for RPRF is also cashed. Just now I read the MR mail properly and raised CSE and attached the soft copy of bio pages of passport along with the message.

I am worried whether my negligence will effect the processing. I am planning to send the hard-copy tomorrow morning by speed post.

Please suggest

Dear Forumites

Kindly Suggest

My wife is the principal applicant, is it possible for us to land there together and then i remain there and she comes back for her remaining assignment.

Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions.

Congratulations on your progress. Personally, I think your wife can live out of Canada after doing all the landing formalities as long as she meets the minimum requirement of 2 out of 5 years' physical presence in Canada to maintain her PR and she holds the PR card when going back to Canada next time. Let's hear more from experienced folks.

Yes brothers, we're in the same boat. Let's keep each other posted and pray for all!! Hopefully tomorrow or next week....

If I am staying for a short duration say 10 days do i have to inform the immigration officer. I plan to give my relative's address for PR and SIN.

Please suggest.

After Landing both of you have to complete the landing formalities i.e applying SIN etc, your Wife Primary Applicant can come back and you can stay there.

When she wants to return to Canada she need to show the PR Card..

Friends,

Need your suggestions...

I am currently waiting for PPR/DM, can I withdraw the excess amount from the secondary applicant bank account which was shown as POF? Will it impact in any ways?

Usually after MR, VO does not ask for POF. You can withdraw but there is always a risk as VO is always unpredictable....
