Hi all,

Had received the email from Warsaw yesterday asking to submit RPRF, PCC, and Medical receipt, and further stating that I will receive the medical forms within 48 hours. Today, I did receive all the medical forms (four in total, myself, spouse, daughter, and son). But strange enough, my second line has not been updated yet (I mean it says that your application was recei....).

PER: 26 Feb
AOR: 09 April
MR: 26 May; forms 27 May
2nd line update: Strangely not yet

Need not to worry, first email could be by mistake but follow-up email is hardly by error.

There could either be lag in ECAS update (sometimes its only updated once a week) or the officer might have forgot to enter ur updated status in ecas or just want to show it under june. In any case, u r safe... go ahead with Medicals worry free.

But it is nowhere written that you have to bring that much amount .

It is written that you have to declare if you are having more than 10k.

Kindly make me correct if I am wrong.

I don't think there is any minimum amount set by CIC. They confirm that you are carrying enough money in cash, bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders to survive for first few months (read on different blogs).

That amount would depend on the size of your family. So, you need to do the calculation and you must account for things such as house rent, transportation, entertainment, medicines, household and so on.

Yesterday called cic confirm my medical was received on 26th....when should I expect for TLU, my docs is already reached on 23rd.

I think it will take some time for you to receive it. It seems they are now working on applicants who arrived in early April.
