Our confusion is whether she should write her parents' address or her in-laws' address in place of residential address on the generic form. Her passport has her parents' address on it. would CIC raise any issue if she writes her parents' address?
Please advise
Thanks brother for your precious time

Passport address and current address on the form can be different and CIC has no issues to it. Whatever the information is on the FORM should be TRUE/CORRECT and if asked by CIC you should be able to answer it.

Stop worrying on this petty issues bro, you have a long way to go and many hurdles to cross. Get on with your application ASAP.

Submitted my passports to consultant today he will pro ess for VFS tomorrow...

I have some bad news.....
we completed our medicals on 16th (Me, Wife , son & daughter)
My son's and daughters meds were uploaded by panel physician, however he has not uploaded ours...
We waited for 10days..but still the same situation...
FInally, we found out that these morons have misplaced our X-Rays for both me and my wife, and they are untraceable...
Ive been calling them countless times seeking updates, but they seem to be least interested in resolving it... Apollo Ahmedabad.
Ive called the helpdesk, radiology, panel physician..and all numbers i can get hold of......
The answer I keep getting is...we will find them...have patience...!!

I just do not know how to proceed from here. Fellow applicants who did meds a week after us have got DM and PPR!! Feeling really irked off..... >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I would suggest, u do the medicals again, or the things they have missed like xrays or scanning and all. Even if they are charging also, make it. Because at last it is for you all. If the time is within what NDVO told you no need to raise any CSE.

Hi!,
Don't lose heart. Get your medicals done at some other hospital which has a certified panel doctor and send your medicals. You can write to your visa office about the situation. Instead of following up with this hospital and wasting your time, get your medicals done again. I think you still might have some time so don't worry and send the medicals. I think your visa office will understand if you send a covering letter mentioning this and also an e-mail to them.
all the best!

Hi mamuthebug,

Going again for medical makes more sense, preferably in other hospital.
YOu will have to spend 12-14 K again, but better than wait endlessly.

Thnx Cheetah & Kuckoo for your encouraging words. Tomorrow, I shall visit that damn hospital and sort out things. If it doesnt work out, will approach another hospital (sadly there's only one goddamn hospital approved as panel hospital in this glorious state of Gujarat). Need to go to mumbai with family to get it done!

Thnx again.
