Hi All,

I got my 4 th - Decision Made updated today (26-5-2015).

My timeline is as follows

NOC 3143

Application received : 27 August 2014

Started Processing : 25 February 2015

Third line updated : 9 April 2015 ( Medicals have been received)

4 th line updated : 26 May 2015

Hopefully my PPR has been sent to my agent in Canada and I am expecting my local agent will forward it to me tomorrow.

Thank you all. I do not have access to spreadsheet. please someone help in updating it.

Hi Everyone!!

This is my first post since we applied for FSW Canadian immigration. Application was received by Canada office 2nd week May 2014, PER was received 2nd week Aug 2014 and we were informed that Mexico City is our assigned VO. The 2nd line was updated that our application is sent to the VO and is under processing. End of Nov 2014 we received the police certificates request and were also asked to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and had 60 days to comply (which we did in due time i.e. 20 Dec 2014). Since then there has been no update; no email, no status update, nothing. We did send an email to the VO a week ago and received this response:

Your application is in queue for review. An exact review schedule is not yet available. However, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received. No further action is required by you at this time. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum

I don't think there is a rule as to how the applications are being reviewed. People who applied after us have already received their passport requests (although their VO is different from us; i.e. London). Any suggestions?

Can someone please help me clarify few queries,

1) What all documents I need to submit to VFS other than Email, Passport (Original), Photographs and Excel Sheet?
2) If I am wearing glasses is photographs with glasses ok? It's not mentioned in specification documents so was wondering either matters.
3) Do we need to fill any other documents while submitting same to VFS?

I am outside of Canada and do not have a PR card. How can I return to Canada?

We do not mail permanent resident cards (PR cards) to addresses outside Canada. Please choose the option below that describes your case.

My wife is a main applicant and we are going to send my applications as accompanying depend. My wife is sending updated generic form & additional family information form for herself along with my application. Previously my wife wrote address of her parents' house as a residence address in generic form. We are recently married; she stayed at my house for a week as both of us are working in Delhi/NCR. Please advise if she should put my permanent address (My parent's house) as residential address in the updated generic form or she should not make any changes with the residential address. Please note that her passport has address of her parents' house & also we are not changing the mailing address.

Where are you both staying currently?? R u living together in Delhi/NCR after marriage??.It's advisable to put the address where you are residing currently (preferably the address should be same for u & ur spouse)

Dear Sir Or Madam,

On 26-05-2015 unfortunately I decided to go with Clear Trip India because I thought they would be a better company being based in Mumbai.
Coming to the point, basically I did phone booking for Air Tickets to Toronto one way from Mumbai. I speak with Jyothi who shares me a link to complete the payment of 49K which I did and got debited for from my account. I call back after sometime to ensure everything is OK and I get informed that payment has not come through and I will receive refund after 3- 4 days into my account. Jyothi puts me on hold and a male staff takes over with the name Satnam and informs that payment is stuck in the gateway.It gets really interesting from this point.
Satnam- "Sir you can make another payment I will give a better link that link usually gives problem"
Me-"If you have a problem why haven't you fixed it already and why do you use that link in the first place, you should be giving the link that works
Satnam-"No Sir Jyothi gave you that link because you wanted to do a holding of seat and not do complete payment probably.This other link is good it works"
Me-"How can it be a holding of seat if I am paying the full amount and she told me to do it in 20 mins"
Satnam-"This link is for 5 min it is gauranteed"

More funny things happened like him trying to blame my browser.But the more you lie and distort the facts it cause more problems see more coming up..
At this point I am not intrested in Clear Trip and I ask to speak to the Manager who is Amit Chaurasia I am told later.First I speak to Rukshar floor supervisor
briefly trying to cover up and create more mess just like before untill she tells me she will call back after checking if funds have come into their account.

I wait and decided to call back as I wanted to speak to the Manager . Another floor supervisor answers this time stating his seniority over Rukshar.

Floor Manager : "Manger is not there gone for meeting"
Me: "OK fine what is your managers name"
Floor Manager : "Actually you cannot talk to him and we cannot disclose his name"
Me: "Then why did you tell me he is gone for meeting are you lying then ?"
Floor Manager " His Name is Amit Chaurasia you can speak with him tommorow"
Me: "OK"
Then this Floor Manager also messed up several times in his own lies but I found the following intresting

Floor Manager " Actually we are getting 10,000 bookings in a day that is why server is not working"
Me: "Do you know there is a company called Flipkart ? That makes million sales in a year ? Which world do you live in ?
Floor Manager " There is problem with your bank probably"
Me: "Sir I do transactions everyday and besides did you not tell me money is debited from my account and stuck in gateway, how dare you blame my bank!"

There is no hope with these guys. What I think is Clear Trip is trying to fleece their customers to make more money if not they are really stupid and should fire their manager if they cannot fix a technical problem they regularly face.

This is shocking!!! ...this is my favorite travel-portal for domestic travel, surprising that they'd behave like this....thanks for sharing ur experience, hope u get ur money back soon....

Need advise on physiotherapists.

My wife got her education credentials verified via WES and is the prime applicant for PR.

Now the thing is we checked alliance physiotherapy association website and how to get her license.

They conveyed that we again go through credentials verification process and send our transcripts. It is a complicate process in India.

They did mentioned that WES can send the reports and transcripts to them..you have any clue how exactly it is done once we land in canada

We will stay in Ontario province

Please advise your experience and provision to work as PTA without getting license

Do we need to send the cover letter with the ppr document ?

Is it necessary ? Or

The following docs are enough!
1 passports
2 photographs
3 mail
4 excel sheet

Kindly guide.
