Hai,

I don't think you can show the bank statement as POF during landing. The POF while landing should be a source of fund which can be easily convertible. The reason behind POF is that during your stay in Canada, you should not struggle for one year even if you don't get job (Please take it literally). So for single person the fund should be which you have shown during application.

One photo is pasted on the COPR and the other one was returned back in my case as well....should be normal...

Is the dependant accompanying or not? If not you can explain this to the VO and hope they will process you anyway, but I wouldn't be optimistic. If the dependant is accompanying there is no chance you can be processed without their medical.

Is this a spouse? If your spouse refuses to join you and is so unsupportive you may need to choose between Canada and your spouse.

Yes my spouse is not supporting me in this matter....initially he was okay, now he is not. Seems like Canada will remain a dream for me now...anyways thank you for the response !!

Well the amount of time depends on a lot of things. Which is your VO and when did you get your email saying that your filed has been received by CIC?

Finally got MR email (May 19thbbut just seen yesterday) after waiting exactly 6 months from PER. I went for medical today and found out that my panel physician is assigned for eMedical, which means doctor will send medical result via online (after 4 working days). Now, do I need to send thing to visa office as confirmation that I have done medical or eMedical doesn't require anything???? Please advise...

My timeline:
NOC: 1123
App filed: 24th July
PER: 19th Nov
2nd Line: 10th App
Medical Req: 19th may
Medical done: 24th May

I don't have access to laptop for few days so kindly update on ss

I mean is there limited period available for first landing in Canada after getting PR visa (and COPR)?
