Passports ready for collection

Hi,

I received my PPR today, for which I'm really glad!

Below is my timeline:

Visa office - NDVO
Application Received - 15/08/2014
PER - 05/12/2014
Second Line update - 12/02/2015
MR Request - 13/03/2015
Third Line update - 30/04/2015
PPR - 22/05/2015

Many thanks to everyone on this forum. I've been more of a laid back, more silent reader.

However, now I have a big issue. I'm currently outside of India, and my passport needs to be submitted in New Delhi. I'm aware that the passport can be stamped in the current country of residence, if requested.

Could you someone PLEASE tell me the procedure to do so? Whom/how do I contact in NDVO for this purpose?

I really badly need help with this, as I'm running out of time.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Dublin,

I info I got from the seniors, you need to request NDVO via CSE and the place where you need Passport stamping via CSE, once NDVO authorise this they will send request for the other VO for same and they will contact you afterwards. Then you can submit the passport accordingly.

I am also in the same boat as I am outside India and will do the same once PPR received, this is done by many guys successfully.

Thanks
Amit

Hi Amit,

Thanks very much for your reply.

At the risk of sounding stupid and unaware, could you please tell me what you mean by CSE?

Regards,
A

Sorry to disappoint you mate but from here http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/offices-bureaux/new_delhi.aspx?lang=eng it looks like they don't work on Saturdays. Still there is nothing wrong in hoping that something will turn up. SO i am with you :-)

Hi Dublin0705 and Amitbits

I am also in the same boat as yours. I received email today to submit passports to NVDO however I am outside of India.
I will use CSE form to send request to NDVO to move the case to here, lets see how it goes.
Please keep me updated as to what response you receive from NDVO on your request.

Thanks
