When should I expect DM/PPR???

Hello, Relax nothing worry, It would take atleast 2 weeks from them to update Third Line from the Date Medicals are uploaded to CHC, Please confirm with Hospital when did they uploaded your Medical Reports to CHC

Following is my app status:

App sent date - Nov 4, 2014
App recd date - Nov 7
CC charge date - Jan 9, 2015
PER Date - Mar 13
AOR Date - April 30
MR request email - May 14
RPRF Payment - May 15
MR Completed date - May 16

ECAS shows only 2 lines:

1. Application received on 7th Nov 2014
2. Processing start date on 14th May 2015

I sent my RPRF payment receipt, passport copies, medical forms, medical test payment receipt, and cover letter all in 1 email to Warsaw immigration email Id on 17th May 2015. I did not fill up any information in the RPRF receipt as I used my own CC for payment, and dint fill any information by hand.

What does it mean? Where am I heading? Is it all running fine? Have I missed anything? What should I expect next and when? Does it mean background verification is still happening or is it all done?

Your suggestions or responses will be very helpful..thanks in advance and best of luck to all of you in the forum.

General family questions about my family from me and my wife...we don't have a child yet so they had a doubt on our relationship... Though interview went smooth and the visa officer responded positively... But worried about the time it will take for PPR

Hi

(a) Could anybody suggest the link to checklist of documents/steps to be followed at the time of landing
(b) Does Form IMM5444 - Application for PR is to be submitted right at the time of landing or it can be after few days.

(c) Whether Form IMM5444 is to be completed for each of 4 members of my family. Or only principal applicant has to complete

(d) At point-21 of IMM5444, which related to travel history, which says following:

TRAVEL HISTORY: Have you travelled or lived outside of Canada in the last 5 years of (or if you have became a permanent resident less than 5 years ago, since becoming a permanent resident )? Include all absences (including those due to employment, vacations, trips to USA and any other time you left Canada

No ___ Yes___ List of absences.

What should I select No or Yes. I feel, since it is first time landing, it is Not applicable. By mistake I clicked yes. Since then Form is not allowing to keep both boxes blank. How to go about it?
