I got a 4-5 call from +91-11-41782000 and could not pick it due to time difference and was in sleep. I checked and found it is New delhi CHC visa office number....
I don't know why they would call me as we have submitted file through consultant and all the email and contact number is of consultant....What could be the reason for call as we are done with medical in January and 3rd line updated last week...
Bit worried as we are waiting for PPR....
I think they got my number as it was mentioned in our earlier visit visa application....

can any one share the thoughts please....

It'd be unwise to speculate why exactly they called you....In the past we have seen, they have called say, when one of the Applicants' PP was expiring in near-future/ RPRF Payment was not received/ one of the forms were filled incorrectly with gaps in 10-year personal history/ to provide a scanned copy of the PCC submitted...It can be any reason at all...

You need to call back the no. during CHC, Delhi working hours to see if you can get through....and if they call you, better not miss it next time...

Yes, it means you have passed medicals..Congrats!!!

No, you should not resign from ur job until u get DM/ PPR....

Never do MEdical exams for CIC on the 13th of a month and you did it twice on 13th. That is curse number. ;D just kidding congratulations!

Thanks for the info...but I am confused as I have a third party in between and he is the contact person for all communication.
and as I am already in Canada it is difficult to pick the call during night hour and it is international roaming....
If you miss the call would they not communicate through email to my consultant or call them if necessary

Guyz, how is the flight Egypt Air - Mumbai- Toronto Pearson?
Seems this is the cheapest available at Rs.36300 - and that too by a big margin.
Am planning in Sept. Next economical is Lufthansa - Rs.43200

The layover time is 14 hrs for Egypt Air, and 6 hrs for Lufthansa.
Pls do give me your views on the same...

They might send an email/ might not.....You can't predict how they work dude....You must try to contact them/ watch out for their next call....

I am expecting my passport request on June-2015 and planning to re-enter into Canada thru Flag pole (pacific Hwy border office US/Canada boarder).

Here my questions:
1. Applied from India, FLAG POLE – will it cause any problem with Visa officer extra scrutiny?
2. If Visa officer ask about my company details, Can I tell them, I work for XYZ Company on temporary visa, planning to continue with the same company under PR Visa?
In this case, Do I need to get any company letters or anything?

2. If you are on FSW visa, you need not show that you are employed. You have to show proof of funds only........
