Yes its possible, it might be human error that they forgot to send you the same. RPRF will be requested later, dont worry they wont give you visa without paying RPRF :P

All the best :)

This is what normally is practiced in some embassies an example would be Paris and rabat offices. I believe this is common sense. You do not pay RPRF only after MR and only when CIC is sure that you definitely 100% qualify for PR.

FBI PCC received.

I sent only 1 copy of fingerprints with confidence.. they turned out to be readable and got accepted.

Timeline:
Received at FBI office: 18th Feb 2015
Opened by FBI for processing: 8th May 2015
Report dispatched by FBI: 14th May 2015
Received at US friend's address: 20th May 2015

Thanks to all who supported. Good luck to all who are in FBI PCC pipeline.

Congratulations Amigo!

Dear Seniors! I got my MR on May 09, 2015 and conducted medicals on May 19, 2015 at Dr. U.S. Sidhu's clinic - Ludhiana. Everything went fine and we were set to go back home at 12:30 PM. :)

The MR e-mail which I received on May 09, 2015 read as follows -

"Dear Applicant :

This refers to your application for permanent residence to Canada.

Medical forms and instructions are being emailed to you separately. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN UPDATED. If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

- Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for yourself and your spouse (if applicable), if it has not already been paid. The amount is $ 490 CAD per person. Kindly follow the links below for information on payment of fees:

FEE SCHEDULE: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

HOW TO PAY: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp?"

I sent my passport copies (36 pages duly notarized) and original PCC at the time of filing application. That's why they didn't ask me to provide the same second time. :)

I have been provided bills for conducting basic checkup, x-ray and urinalysis and blood test. In terms of medical receipts, I have been provided with a e-medical form mentioning my picture, passport number and Unique IME number on it. However, the "COMMENTS" section on e-medical from is left blank as doctor told me that they will fill it up once all the results are received and are positive.

My question is --- what I need to send to Warsaw (hard + soft copies) for further processing my application. :) Is it just RPRF Fee Receipt or Medical Receipts completed by doctor as well?

Moreover, do I need to send it only through e-mail or through courier?

Any help would be highly appreciated :)

And you will get PR? Just kidding. I know what you mean. ;) Congratulations buddy and you will hear good news soon!
Please scan the receipts (medical and RPRF receipts) send them on CSE and send all by courier to visa office as well

Firstly, congrts for your medicals.

Its better to send Medicals receipts (if hospital is e-medical enable then they normally update the same) plus you need to fill up RPRF receipt with your UCI, Name and DOB. U should choose either email or mail for your correspondence. However, I would recommned to send all Hard copies to WVO.

All the best!!

Excuse me for my curiosity. Why did you do three medical exams? I see a big time gap between ME on December 13th and March 20th. Why was that?
